I've always been annoyed that I was held back at 60 FPS, when I wanted to have the full potential of my experience. I attempted to disable V-Sync in the settings, however I couldn't find the option. I decided to do something else; Here is how to disable V-Sync.
You must have a NVIDIA graphics card to use this method.Close your game. Open NVIDIA Control Panel.
Click "Manage 3D settings".
Next to Global Settings, select Program Settings.
You will be asked to select a program to customize. Click add. Scroll through the list of the programs and select "BlackDesert64". Press Add Selected Program.
Once added, scroll down to the bottom and you will see vertical sync. Select the setting and change it to off.
Close the window and Black Desert if open. Launch your game and set it to full screen.
