Since Valencia came out, it was find out that to cross the desert, is not an easy task. You get some negative buffs, which literally kill you after some time. To remove these buffs, you need to have water during the day, and craft Tea for the night, which is very easy.
Lest separate the crafting procedure in few steps.
1) Buy empty bottles from the "Material Merchant".

2) Fill the empty bottle in a river or in an oasis.

Note that you need to collect the water only from a river or a lake. It has to give you "Bottle of river water" otherwise it will not work.

3) Use the Thinning in the "L" options, and add the water.

When you do that, you will receive purified water.

Practically this is what you need for the day time, when you have heat disease, you just drink one water to feel better. For the night time, you need to some more steps to craft the tea. Pretty much at this point you have the half of the items you need for crafting the tea. The second item you will need, is the octagonal flower. So far, I have not found it somewhere in world of BDO, but I am sure you can collect it somewhere manually too.
The other way to find the octagonal flower, is to collect it with workers from a node. Do not worry, I will tell you where the node is.
You have to travel to North Valencia, and find the Shaka town.

4) Buy workers from Shaka Town and send them to the node to collect Octagonal Flowers
When the worker complete collecting the flowers, just go pick them up from the warehouse of Shaka Town.
5) Use simple cooking to combine the purified water with the Octagonal Flower.

And vualla! Your tea is ready to explore Valencia desert.
